Annual Wellness Conference Focuses on Human Performance and Burnout
Honolulu, HI (Oct. 17, 2018) – Hawai‘i Health at Work Alliance – an advocate for business leaders having the power to improve their employees’ well-being and build a culture of wellness – will convene its Third Annual Hawai‘i Wellness Leaders Conference with a focus on health and its critical intersection with human performance, which is a subject of keen interest to every individual and organization today.
This year’s keynote presentation and workshop by renowned author and coach Brad Stulberg will help attendees learn to maximize their mental and physical potential, improve their overall well-being and avoid burnout.
The Third Annual Hawai‘i Wellness Leaders Conference – themed “Avoid Burnout and Drive Greater Performance at Work” – is from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 8 at Dole Cannery’s Pomaika‘i Ballrooms. Stulberg’s keynote “The Practice of Sustainable Peak Performance” will be presented at 9:30 a.m.
Stulberg is the co-author of the book Peak Performance, a columnist at Outside magazine and a well-known personal coach and consultant to athletes and business leaders as they hone their mental and physical skills.
