Wellness Advisory Council

The Wellness Advisory Council was created to help Hawaii’s employers discover and implement innovative ways to help their employees embrace a healthy and vibrant lifestyle for the benefit of our entire community.  The Council is an advisory group that works in concert with the Hawaii Health at Work Alliance.

The members of the Wellness Advisory Council are corporate and community leaders who understand the need to include workplace wellness in their operating strategies and to promote healthy habits for their employees to help build a healthier community.  Council members are either active participants in the HH@WA and/or attend the HH@WA meetings, and have some level of wellness programs in place in their organizations.  Council members represent several industry segments including the visitor industry, the State of Hawaii, the retail sector, health care services, professional services and more.
